Q. May we smoke in the cabin?
A. NO SMOKING is allowed in the cabin.

Q. Are pets allowed in the cabin?
A. We will approve some dogs on a case-by-case scenario and MUST be approved in advance. If approved, your pet must not be allowed on the furniture, be up to date on fleas/tick medicine, and be crated when left alone.

Q. How do we get the keys to enter the cabin?
A. Our cabin uses a keyless entry system. Therefore, we do not use keys! A few days before your arrival, we will e-mail you your code to get in. This will be your code for the duration of your stay. For security reasons, the code will be changed after each guest leaves. So, your code will not work until the day you check in. If you forget or lose your code, you can call us or our cleaning service to retrieve it.

Q. What "extras" do we need to bring with us?
A. We have tried very hard to accommodate our guests with as much as possible so that they can pack less and simply enjoy their vacation. We provide all linens, blankets, towels, a fully stocked kitchen (minus the food), toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, bath soap & iron. You may wish to bring beach towels if you choose to use the hot tub or visit the water parks. You may also want to bring your own DVDs and CDs.

Q. How far are you from the major attractions?
A. We are lucky to offer you home with a beautiful view AND be near all of the attractions. Dollywood is approximately 2 miles from the bottom of the mountain from the cabin. The Parkway (the main Pigeon Forge "strip") is another 1 mile past Dollywood. Gatlinburg is less than 10 miles away. You get the picture!

Q. Can we check in early or check out late?
A. We are sorry, but due to our turnover schedule, our maids need to have access to clean the cabin between 11a - 4p to get ready for our next guests.
